Swan Housing Exmouth Estate water torture 2006 -2007

We suffered for 4 months without hot water nor drinking water under Swan Housing Exmouth Estate who did nothing to alleviate our suffering. Only when we complained to the East End Advertiser did Swan Housing take our complaint seriously and managed to solve the water problem -they repaired their own leaks in the Estate and convinced the gullible residents it was Thames Water who were to blame. Thames Water for their part carried out their own checks and stated categorically in several letters that the water problem had nothing to do with them but was an internal problem . Swan Housing have never paid out any compensation to any of the affected residents.
