We keep being told how wonderful Swan Housing Exmouth Estate is for regenerating the Exmouth Estate and that we should be eternally grateful to Swan Housing. The Exmouth Estate was smashed to smithereens by "vandals" AFTER Swan Housing took over the Estate from LBTH in 2006 -they had left THE MAIN ENTRANCES UNREPAIRED AND WIDE OPEN TO ANYONE WHO CARED TO ENTER THE ESTATE . YET WE RESIDENTS HAVE TO FOOT THE BILL FOR THE DAMAGE , WITH EACH LEASEHOLDER HAVING TO PAY £10,000 !!!! We don't mind paying for legitimate repairs -what we do mind is paying for repairs that were caused by the negligence and indifference of Swan Housing !!!!!
